CliniQNotes ("we", "our", "the App") is a medical report analysis application developed by AntiGravity. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our App on Android or on the web at https://cliniqnotes.com.

• Account Information: Name, email address, and profile photo when you sign in with Google or Microsoft.
• Medical Reports: Images of medical reports you upload or capture using your device camera for AI-powered analysis.
• Analysis Results: AI-generated summaries, findings, and health insights derived from your uploaded reports.
• Usage Data: Basic app usage information such as report count, account type, and feature usage via Google Analytics.
• Payment Information: Transaction details processed securely through Razorpay for premium subscriptions. We do not store your card or bank details.
• Device Permissions: Camera access (only when you choose to capture a report photo).

3 How We Use Your Data

Your data is used to:

• Analyze your medical reports using Google Vertex AI to provide health insights and summaries.
• Store your report history securely in your personal account.
• Authenticate your identity and manage your account.
• Process payments for premium features via Razorpay.
• Improve the app experience, performance, and functionality.

4 Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase (Firestore, Firebase Storage, and Firebase Authentication) with industry-standard encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including Firebase App Check, server-side rate limiting, and security rules, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction.

5 Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data or medical reports with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

We use the following third-party services to operate the App:

6 Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as necessary to provide our services:

• Reports: You can delete any individual report from your History at any time. Deleted reports are permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
• Account Deletion: You can delete your entire account and all associated data from the Settings page. This permanently removes your profile, usage history, and all stored reports.
• Anonymous Users: Data associated with anonymous sessions may be deleted periodically.

7 Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and view all your saved reports and personal data.
• Delete your reports individually or your entire account at any time through the Settings page.
• Opt out of data collection by discontinuing use of the App.
• Request information about the data we hold about you.

8 Children's Privacy

CliniQNotes is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
